Job Title: Warranty Manager

Built by Bryan Building Co. is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Warranty Manager to join our team. The Warranty Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all post-construction warranty issues, ensuring that our customers are fully satisfied with their homes after they are built. This role requires a strong background in general carpentry and construction, along with excellent communication and customer service skills to handle a wide range of warranty inquiries effectively and professionally. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee warranty claims for homes built by Built by Bryan Building Co., ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners to explain warranty coverage, answer questions, and provide updates on claim status.
- Assess and identify necessary repairs or fixes related to warranty issues, using your carpentry and construction knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve concerns.
- Schedule and coordinate repair or replacement work as needed, ensuring all work is completed in a timely and high-quality manner.
- Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and repairs, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure issues are addressed and resolved to meet customer satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support to homeowners, addressing any new issues or concerns that arise during the warranty period.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and changes in warranty standards to ensure adherence to regulations.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in general carpentry, construction, or related field, with hands-on experience in residential building and repairs.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally with warranty or post-construction experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve quickly and effectively.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects at once.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of basic building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations.
- Basic knowledge of software tools used in warranty management, such as Microsoft Office Suite and Buildertrend software.
