Founded by Jimmy Bryan, the company grew from a local construction business into a full-service luxury homebuilding, residential construction, land development, renovation, multifamily, and commercial buildout team. Today, Sam Bryan leads the company as CEO and Lead Builder, bringing more than 20 years of hands-on residential construction experience and a licensed Alabama residential general contractor background dating back to 2006.
The result is a builder with uncommon range: design vision, field experience, estimating discipline, community development experience, landscape and hardscape knowledge, and a customer-first process designed to make complex projects feel clear.
