We are a local, family owned custom home builder, and we have been building custom homes since 2005. While many of the new home builders in general Huntsville, Alabama metro area strive for volume, we are very different. Here at Joebuilt Construction, our policy is much different.
Although our owner has built hundreds of new homes, and in the past has built homes both in Alabama and the surrounding states, our current business is not built around high volume. As a matter of fact, to assure each client they will receive the time and attention they deserve during the construction process, we will never sign contracts to build more than 12 homes in a calendar year. This allows our management and construction team to always be available to our clients when needed. We also believe that by limiting the number of homes we build each year, our construction professionals have more than the adequate time to dedicate to each individual job. We do not build speculative houses to sell, nor do we develop property for new homes. However, we do work regularly with realtors and property owners, should our clients need help finding the perfect building lot to meet their individual needs. As stated, we are a true, custom builder and we build homes one way, your way!
